is a great time to make photographs. Usually, things have calmed down, weather and people, and I enjoy the freedom and distinct light at twilight. To obtain the best results of colour, light and ambience, I set the iso to the lowest value, use a narrow aperture and a long shutter time. The following photo has a shutter speed of 180s. There was very little surface wind, which allowed to capture the yacht in the bay as a sharp object. Twilight shots are part of my repertoire for architectural photography. This photo stands out to me due to the colours, which are reflected in the sea, and the band-like shape of the clouds. The transition from sea to sky appears seamless, from pink and blue to dark, back to blue and pink.
Have a good day, Ben
